Katrina Kaif left Mumbai for London at midnight Saturday to join her family only a few hours before hersister, Natacha’s, wedding. One person that didn’t show up to the function was Kaif’s boyfriend, Ranbir Kapoor.
Kapoor has decided to put his work in first over his social life. The actor has allegedly skipped Kaif’s sister’s wedding to complete his upcoming projects.
Zee News reported that the 30-year-old has been busy traveling between India and Sri Lanka for his upcoming films, “Bombay Velvet” and “Besharam.”http://ketrinakaifs.blogspot.com/ He wasn’t able to take the time off the attend the wedding in London.
Kapoor is currently shooting for Bombay Velvet" in Sri Lanka and is devoting most of his time to his career. He has also been spending time in Mumbai to dub for “Besharam” when he is not in the middle of shooting for Anurag Kashyap’s film.
“Kat’s family had been in Mumbai for a while to prepare for the wedding trousseau. The actress left for London on Sunday night and is expected back in the city in a couple of days. Ranbir is neck-deep in work. He does not even have time to breathe, leave alone going to London,” a source told Zee News.http://ketrinakaifs.blogspot.com/
“Kat is cool with Ranbir’s decision as she knows work comes first,” said the source.
Kaif has been buys with work herself as she didn’t get a chance to help shop for Natacha’s wedding.
“Katrina didn’t even have time to join her family in London in advance before the wedding. She left Mumbai for London just hours before he ceremony,” said Kaif’s friend.
“All her sisters as strong-willed and independent-minded as Katrina. Natacha did all her shopping on her own. Katrina just flew in to attend the wedding. She flies back in a few days,” continued Kaif’s friend.
Now that Kaif’s sister is married and Kapoor and his girlfriend have been going strong for a while now, we wonder when we can see wedding bells ring for the happy couple?
